We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to support the growth of BidPlan, our enterprise AI platform for managing complex tender and bid workflows.

The role will work closely with prospective customers to understand how they currently manage tenders, identify operational gaps, and demonstrate how BidPlan can support their requirements across tender review, bid qualification, BOQ and estimating workflows, technical and commercial proposals, risk, compliance and contract handover.

This is not a conventional product-demo role. We are looking for someone who can combine business discovery, solution consulting, product understanding and solid presentation skills to make every customer interaction relevant to their specific workflow. Experience with enterprise software, B2B SaaS, engineering/construction technology or EPC-related business processes would be highly valuable.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand their current tender, bidding, proposal and approval processes.
- Identify business pain points,



workflow gaps and potential use cases where BidPlan can create measurable value.
- Deliver clear, engaging and use-case-driven product demonstrations tailored to each prospect rather than generic feature walkthroughs.
- Translate BidPlan capabilities into business outcomes relevant to Bid Managers, Proposal Teams, Estimators, Engineering, Commercial, Contracts and senior management.
- Work with the sales and SDR teams to prepare for discovery meetings, demonstrations and follow-up discussions.
- Support qualification of opportunities by assessing customer requirements, product fit, implementation complexity and potential business value.
- Configure demo environments, sample projects and customer-specific use cases where required.
