Role Overview
The Manager – B2B Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth across corporate, institutional, healthcare, retail, and channel partner segments. The role involves leading the B2B sales team, developing new business, managing key accounts, building the sales pipeline, and delivering revenue targets.

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Reports To: SVP – Business Development
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the B2B sales team to achieve business targets.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals; conduct regular reviews and coaching.
- Support the team in client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across B2B segments.




- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and strategic customers.
- Identify opportunities across corporate, healthcare, institutional, retail, and channel segments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective account management and timely collections.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews for senior management.
- Track individual and team performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure CRM discipline, sales-process adherence, and timely reporting.
