About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the House of Crazies who sees design as both art and instruction, and knows how to turn ideas into visuals that people remember.

As Opportunity Creators, we believe great design is more than making things look valuable. It is about building visual stories, shaping brand identities, communicating ideas, and finding new ways to create through the combination of human creativity, technology, and AI.

You will work closely with our creative, social media, content, and technology teams to create everything from social content and brand identities to packaging, videos, reels, motion graphics, and AI-generated visuals.

You should be equally comfortable sketching an idea by hand, bringing it to life in Adobe, or writing the right prompt to get AI moving in the direction you imagined.

How You Create Opportunities

1) Design & Visual Creation
- Create graphics, illustrations, logos, layouts, and visual assets across social content, magazines, product packaging, videos, reels, motion graphics, and other formats.




- Translate creative briefs and ideas into visually compelling work that is relevant to the brand and platform.
- Design across different formats and ensure the final output works effectively across platforms and mediums.
- Apply typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy with intention.

2) AI & Creative Technology
- Use prompt engineering to brainstorm, create, guide, and iterate on visual concepts using generative AI tools.
- Take AI-generated concepts and elevate them into polished, finished, on-brand creative assets.
- Experiment with emerging AI design tools and creative technologies to expand what is possible.
- Work with creative and technology teams to build prompt libraries and workflows that help us scale content without losing the human element.
