The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Senior Manager – Sales to grow our VLSI and semiconductor engineering services business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in front of customers — building relationships, understanding engineering and staffing needs, identifying opportunities, coordinating the right technical response, and taking opportunities through to closure.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective semiconductor customers .
- Actively engage customers to understand their current and upcoming engineering requirements, project needs and resource plans .
- Generate new opportunities through customer meetings, networking, referrals and industry connections .
- Drive business across VLSI services including RTL Design, Design Verification, DFT, Physical Design, Analog/Mixed-Signal and Embedded/Firmware .




- Manage the complete customer-facing sales cycle — from lead generation and requirement discovery through proposal, commercial discussions and closure .
- Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to identify the right technical solutions and engineering resources for customer requirements.
- Coordinate proposals, capability presentations, resource profiles, estimates and SOWs for customer opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and follow-ups to ensure opportunities progress quickly toward closure.
- Support customer discussions around pricing, engagement models, timelines and commercials .
- Build relationships across customer organizations, including engineering managers, technical leaders, procurement and vendor-management teams .
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional projects, teams and engineering services .
