nRole Description

- The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.n
- Prepare invoices, handle accounts payable and receivablen
- Monitor cash flow, and assist in budgeting and financial reporting.n
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulationsn
- Coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, and supporting the preparation of periodic management reports.n
- Maintaining accurate financial records, identifying discrepancies, and contributing to process improvements in the finance function.n

nQualifications

- n
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.n
- Statutory Compliance: Handle GST, TDS,



PF, ESI, and coordinate with Statutory Auditors & Company Secretary.n
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to work with spreadsheets, financial models, and reporting tools.n
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong analytical skills to identify, investigate, and resolve financial discrepancies.n
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain up-to-date financial records.n
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and auditors.n
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.n
- Prior experience as an Accounts Officer or in a similar accounting role, preferably within manufacturing unitn
