Job Role: Senior Network Engineer-Walkin Drive Location: Pune Experience: 5years We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to support Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations across our global enterprise network. This role requires strong operational expertise in Cisco networking technologies especially Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center, LAN Switching and Meraki—along with the ability to troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN issues, maintain network stability, and support ongoing enhancements .The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive in identifying issues, and capable of driving operational excellence in a quick-paced environment Key Responsibilities BAU Operations & Support manage daily network operations, incident resolution, and service requests across LAN, WAN, and wireless infrastructure .Perform advanced troubleshooting for network outages, performance degradation, and configuration errors .Monitor network health using Cisco DNAC, Meraki Dashboard, and other monitoring tools .Ensure timely resolution of P1/P2 incidents and provide root cause analysis (RCA)
