Role Summary: -

The TCoE Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, governance and delivery of testing services.
The role will coordinate across Bank stakeholders, application teams, infrastructure and security teams, third-party vendors and TCoE resources to ensure timely and quality delivery of Functional, Automation, Performance and Security Testing services.

Key Responsibilities: -
- Prepare and manage the overall TCoE project plan , milestones, resource allocation, dependencies and delivery timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Bank & ApMoSys teams, application owners , OEMs and third-party vendors.
- Govern the complete testing lifecycle,



including requirement analysis, test planning, test design, execution, defect management and test closure.
- Manage Functional Testing, Test Automation, Performance Testing, Security Testing, API Testing and Integration Testing engagements.
- Coordinate application onboarding, environment readiness, access, test data, build deployment and interface availability.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly project reviews and publish status reports, dashboards and management updates.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams comprising test leads, functional testers, automation engineers , performance testers and security testers.
- Monitor test coverage, execution progress, pass percentage, defect ageing, automation coverage , vulnerabilities and performance observations.
- Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution, retesting, closure or formal risk acceptance.
