Compensation: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability

Key Responsibilities
1. Founder’s Priorities & Execution
- Serve as the central point of coordination for the Founder-Chairman’s priorities.
- Convert discussions, decisions and commitments into clear actions and ownership.
- Track significant initiatives across VNC and other ventures/projects.
- Proactively identify what requires attention, what is pending and where intervention is needed.
- Follow through with stakeholders until matters are genuinely closed.

2. Patient & Clinical Coordination
- Understand the Founder-Chairman’s clinical recommendations and ensure the appropriate patient journey is coordinated through the relevant VNC teams.
- Coordinate recommended counselling, therapy, psychological assessments, diagnostics and follow-up consultations.
- Ensure patients and attendants receive clear and accurate information through the authorised clinical team.
- Monitor pending recommendations,



appointments, assessments and reports and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with clinic, counselling, psychology, diagnostics and pharmacy teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Track important patient-related actions and escalate matters requiring the Founder-Chairman’s attention.
- Ensure all patient communication remains accurate, professional and strictly confidential.

3. Patient Engagement & Follow-through
- Ensure recommended counselling, therapy and follow-up interventions are appropriately communicated and acted upon.
- Monitor pending patient actions and coordinate with relevant teams for closure.
- Track important patient journeys where follow-up is required.
- Ensure there is no breakdown between consultation, recommendation, scheduling and completion.
- Coordinate with teams regarding approved wellness programmes and other services recommended by the clinical team.
