Job DescriptionThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to BDG Group, ensuring robust financial planning, treasury management, compliance, internal controls, business partnering, and governance across all business units. The role supports the Managing Director in driving profitable and sustainable growth.
NJob Responsibilities/ KRA:
NStrategic Finance & Business Planning

- Lead long-term financial strategy aligned with group business objectives. N
- Drive annual budgeting,forecasting, and business planning processes. N
- Support expansion, capex, restructuring, and investment decisions. N

nFinancial Reporting & Governance

- Ensure timely andaccurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. N
- Review Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow, and management MIS. N
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and secretarial auditors. N

nTreasury & WorkingCapital Management

- Manage banking relationships, fund raising, and treasury operations. N
- Optimize cash flow, borrowing cost,



and working capital cycle. N
- Ensure compliance with loan covenants, stock statements, and CMA submissions. N

nTaxation & Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure compliancewith Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other applicable laws. N
- Lead tax planning, assessments, audits, and litigation management. N
- Coordinate with tax consultants and legal advisors. N
