We’re looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to join the team for an International F&B; outlet at HiLITE Business Park, Calicut.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, managing operations, delivering great customer experiences, and building a strong store culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day store operations
• Lead, train and motivate the team
• Maintain food quality, hygiene and brand standards
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, stock and wastage
• Monitor sales, cash handling and daily reports
• Manage staff schedules and attendance
• Handle customer feedback and operational challenges
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the outlet

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in QSR, Café,



Restaurant, Bakery or F&B;
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of store operations and inventory management
• Customer-focused and well organised
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays when required
