EduBridge Learning is hiring a hands-on High-Volume Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. If you thrive on high-volume sourcing, calling, candidate engagement and closures — and enjoy working against explicit targets — this role is for you.

What you’ll own
End-to-end recruitment — Sourcing to Joining
High-volume sourcing, screening and outbound calling
Interview coordination and candidate follow-ups
Offer management and joining conversion
Target: 8–10+ successful joinings every month

What we’re looking for
2–4 years of hands-on high-volume recruitment experience
Strong sourcing and outbound calling skills
Proven track record of delivering individual hiring targets




Strong candidate engagement and closing ability
Comfortable managing multiple positions simultaneously
Experience with an ATS / recruitment tools

Preferred backgrounds: Recruitment Agency | RPO | BPO | Staffing | Retail | BFSI | Sales Hiring | EdTech | Education | Skilling
