About The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented Client Servicing Intern to work closely with clients and internal teams, helping manage campaigns and clients and ensure smooth campaign execution from brief to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist & Manage day-to-day communication and build strong relationships with clients.
Understand client briefs and coordinate with creative, strategy, client servicing, and execution teams.
Prepare briefs, timelines, presentations, status updates, and campaign reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure smooth execution.
Track project timelines, deliverables, feedback, and approvals.




Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations.
Proactively follow up with teams and clients to keep projects moving.
Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to account growth.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:
· 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management or a similar role; Freshers with Bachelor's in Mass Media / Digital Marketing / Advertising background can apply.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Good understanding of advertising, design, digital and social media.
· Excellent coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced agency workplace.
· Someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable handling clients independently.
