As an Apprentice Customer Care representative, you will be the first point of
contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide
exceptional customer support, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. You
will handle a variety of inquiries, offer solutions, and build strong
relationships with our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate
about customer satisfaction and has a desire to learn and grow within the field
of customer care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and
professional manner.
* Provide accurate information and assist customers with product-related
queries.
* Resolve customer complaints and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
* Document and update customer records and interactions in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with the team to identify areas of improvement and implement
effective solutions.
* Maintain a positive and friendly attitude throughout customer interactions.
* Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate
advice.




* Handle customer escalations and work towards a prompt resolution.
* Ensure customer data privacy and confidentiality at all times.
* Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work
culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
* Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
* Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using customer support tools.

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
* Previous customer service experience is an asset but not mandatory.
