Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Noida. The Team Leader will oversee a sales or advisory team, set daily and weekly performance targets,



and ensure consistent achievement of individual and team goals. Responsibilities include guiding team members on property advisory processes, monitoring pipeline activity, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client interactions. The role involves collaborating with senior management on strategies to improve conversion rates, customer experience, and revenue growth, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Team Leader will coach and mentor team members, conduct training on products and sales techniques, and foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
