Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Operations Specialist with 2 to 5 years of core experience in equity and depository operations. The ideal candidate will possess end-to-end expertise in NSDL/CDSL processes, unlisted share inventory management, CRM optimization, client onboarding/KYC, and fund house empanelments.



This role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a energetic environment and is willing to take full ownership of both strategic workflow improvements and day-to-day operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
* Depository & Share Transfer Operations:
* Manage end-to-end NSDL and CDSL depository operations, off-market transfers, transfers via DIS, and dematerialization/rematerialization requests.
* Oversee and maintain inventory management for unlisted scripts/shares, ensuring real-time reconciliation and balance accuracy across all accounts.
* Fund House Empanelment & Onboarding:
* Drive the complete empanelment process with various Fund Houses, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Mutual Fund providers.
* Lead end-to-end client and partner onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
* CRM & Process Optimization:
* Manage, update, and refine the internal CRM to drive smooth, error-free trans
