Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Compliance Manager – Management System Certification. The role involves overseeing and managing certification processes for clients’ management systems,



ensuring compliance with relevant international standards and accreditation requirements. The Compliance Manager will review audit plans and reports, monitor adherence to internal procedures, and support auditors with guidance on certification rules and regulatory changes. Responsibilities include conducting compliance checks, managing corrective and preventive actions, maintaining documentation and records, and preparing reports for senior leadership and accreditation bodies. The role also requires close coordination with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and transparent certification decisions, while promoting continuous improvement in URS’s compliance and audit practices.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of management system standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or similar) and certification/accreditation requirements.
