Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Recruiter role based in Nellore. The Corporate Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates across various functions, with a focus on health, safety, and environmental roles.



Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting job descriptions, coordinating interview schedules, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role involves maintaining talent pipelines, using applicant tracking systems and professional networks, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract strong candidates. The Corporate Recruiter will also assist with offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and recruitment reporting to support data-driven workforce planning.
