Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and individual clients, and promoting the company’s insurance products and services. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.



Daily responsibilities include achieving sales targets, tracking pipeline activities, reporting performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth initiatives. The role also requires ongoing monitoring of market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies and improve customer engagement.
Qualifications

Robust business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Proficiency in market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning within financial services or insurance domains.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial products clearly and persuasively.
Solid negotiation and closing abilities, with experience managing end-to-end sales cycles.
Ability to work with CRM tools, MS Office applications, and reporting dashboar
