Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager (BDM – B2B Sales) role based in Bengaluru.



The BDM will identify and pursue new B2B opportunities with residential societies, management committees, and relevant partners to drive adoption of NoBrokerHood’s solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting leads, conducting presentations and product demos, managing end-to-end sales cycles, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction. The BDM will also track sales performance, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance revenue growth and market penetration.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, prop-tech, community management, or related technology solutions.
