Role Description The Senior Business Development Manager will lead business growth initiatives, build strategic client relationships, and drive revenue expansion for BrainADZ Exhibits. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves identifying new business opportunities, mapping target markets,



and developing proposals for exhibition stall and pavilion projects. The person in this role will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitch presentations to negotiation and contract closure, while collaborating closely with design, operations, and logistics teams to ensure solutions align with client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, conducting market and competitor analysis, representing the company at industry events, and preparing performance reports and forecasts for senior leadership. The role also involves nurturing key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction, and contributing to the development of long-term growth strategies.
