Title: Collaboration Bot Migration Developer / M365 Engineer
Location: Hyderabad or Chennai
Mode: Full-time
Work timings: UK Shift (2 to 11 pm IST)
This is a migration/integration engineer, not a generic Teams developer. The strongest candidates should have experience with existing Webex bots or Webex integrations and migrating them to Microsoft Teams, while being comfortable reverse-engineering inherited code and working across more than one programming language.
Skill combination: Webex + Teams + REST/API integration + OAuth 2.0 + Microsoft Graph + migration.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess existing Webex bots, including business workflows, integrations, authentication and dependencies.
Migrate one-way and two-way Webex bot functionality to Microsoft Teams.
Develop bot/integration solutions using Java, Python, Node.js/TypeScript or C#/.NET.
Build REST APIs, webhooks, callbacks and event-driven integrations.
Implement OAuth 2.0 and secure token-based authentication.
Troubleshoot inherited bot code, API failures, authentication and production issues.
Validate functional parity between Webex and Teams implementations.
Develop unit, integration and functional tests.
Package, deploy and monitor solutions across environments.
Maintain technical documentation for APIs, authentication, dependencies and deployment.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide production support.
