Role Description This is a full time, on-site Performance Marketing Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display to drive leads and enrollments for iProledge courses.



Responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, managing campaign budgets, tracking key performance metrics, and preparing regular performance reports. The role involves collaborating with sales, academic, and content teams to refine messaging, improve landing pages, and enhance conversion rates. The executive will also test new marketing strategies, analyze user behavior, and suggest data-backed improvements to overall marketing performance.
Qualifications
