Role Description The Senior Program Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.



The individual in this role will guide prospective learners through the program selection process, explaining course offerings, outcomes, and career pathways to help them make informed decisions. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting consultations and counseling sessions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems. The Senior Program Advisor will collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth learner onboarding, high satisfaction levels, and strong conversion rates. The role also involves meeting enrollment targets, providing feedback to improve program offerings, and representing Imarticus Learning professionally during events, info sessions, and campus activities.
