Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Group CEO will provide the overarching strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the entire enterprise. This role demands an agile turnaround strategist and a visionary builder who can seamlessly unite diverse business functions into a cohesive, high-performing corporate machine. You will hold ultimate P&L; accountability, transforming market shifts into clear, quantifiable wins.

Key Responsibilities





1. Strategic Leadership & Vision

Formulate Strategy: Partner closely with the MD and the Board of Directors to define the long-term vision, corporate strategy, and growth trajectories for all business units.
Business Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and execute new market opportunities, mergers, acquisitions (M&A;), and strategic partnerships to aggressively scale our market footprint.
Synergy Optimisation: Foster cross-divisional collaboration to leverage group-wide strengths, optimise resource allocation, and eliminate operational redundancies.

2. Operational & Divisional Oversight

Performance Management: Directly oversee the executive leadership team across all core functions (Service, Projects Planning & Development, Finance, HR, Sales, etc.) to ensure group-wide targets are met.
