Role Description The Customer Support Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Mayur Vihar. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, providing clear information about services, pricing, and turnaround times. The specialist will manage booking requests,



coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules, and track orders to ensure timely service updates. Daily responsibilities include handling service-related concerns, resolving complaints, and following up with customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining accurate customer records, collaborating with operations and technicians to relay service requirements, and sharing feedback that helps improve processes and customer experience.
