The Role

Own our growth data and tooling layer end to end from the business side. Every growth decision we make runs on data from a stack of connected platforms: our CRM, MMP, engagement platform, website, voice calling stack and the app itself. You will own how those systems get implemented, how they talk to each other, whether the data flowing through them is correct, and whether we are actually getting ongoing value from the growing stack as it evolves.

You won't build these integrations yourself. You'll own the outcome defining what's needed, pulling in Tech and Product where required, and driving our external platform partners to deliver. Most of this job is getting things done through other people, on both sides of the company wall.
