About the Role:

Accordible is looking for Business Development Executive who will generate and convert new B2B opportunities by meeting prospective clients, understanding requirements, coordinating site surveys, presenting Duct Clean Co solutions, preparing commercial proposals and taking ownership of the opportunity through closure and handover.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across target sectors
Connect with decision-makers including Chief Engineers, Facility Managers, Purchase Heads, Engineering Heads and Management
Conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions
Coordinate site surveys and understand technical / service requirements
Prepare, submit and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial offers
Negotiate commercials and work towards successful deal closure
Develop AMC, repeat-service and cross-selling opportunities from existing and new accounts
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure disciplined follow-up on every qualified opportunity




Coordinate with Inside Sales and Operations for lead handover and smooth service execution
Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunity, closure and lost-reason updates in CRM
Track competitor activity, market requirements and emerging business opportunities

Eligibility Criteria:

2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
Experience in Facility Management, HVAC, Hospitality Services, Engineering Services, Fire & Safety, Industrial Services or related B2B sectors will be preferred.
Strong communication, client-facing and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable meeting senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
Valuable negotiation and commercial understanding with a target-oriented mindset.
Robust follow-up and closure discipline; willing to travel for client meetings.
Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, CRM and sales reporting.
