Job Overview
We are looking for a Solar Technician / Trainer with a strong practical background in solar systems. The candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on practical training to students and trainees and supporting solar lab and training activities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct practical and hands-on training on Solar PV systems and installations.
Train students and trainees on solar components, wiring, installation, testing, and maintenance.
Demonstrate solar system installation, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
Conduct practical sessions and assessments.
Support development and maintenance of solar training labs and equipment.
Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in other technical training activities as required.
Eligibility
ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Candidates must have a strong background in Solar PV / Solar Energy.
Practical knowledge of solar installation, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting.
Good communication and training skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts through practical demonstrations.
Candidates based in Maharashtra will be preferred.
