Role Description The Sales Engineer will work full time on-site in Ludhiana, engaging directly with customers to understand their manufacturing needs and recommend appropriate CNC machine tool solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations, preparing quotations and proposals,



and following up on leads to drive sales growth. The role involves providing basic technical support during pre- and post-sales stages, coordinating with internal and principal teams, and ensuring a smooth handover to installation and service teams. The Sales Engineer will maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, timely communication, and proactive problem-solving, while tracking opportunities and reporting sales activities to management.
