We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive who understands software sales and can independently drive prospects from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and identify qualified B2B leads through outbound and inbound channels.
Conduct prospect research and identify potential business opportunities.
Make skilled sales calls and understand customer pain points and requirements.
Present and demonstrate Mingrow to business owners, decision-makers, and senior management.
Manage the complete sales cycle:



Lead → Qualification → Discovery → Demo → Follow-up → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work toward revenue targets.
Conduct regular and structured follow-ups with prospects.
Prepare and share proposals, commercial quotations, and relevant sales documentation.
Handle objections, negotiate commercials, and convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
Develop relationships with CXOs, founders, business owners, and key decision-makers.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, pipeline stages, and follow-up schedules.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track competitors, market trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for business growth.
Work closely with the product and management teams to communicate customer requirements and market feedback.
Take ownership of assigned accounts and opportunities until successful closure.
