Role Description The Senior Video Editor is a full-time, in office role based in Pune. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end editing process, including assembling raw footage, selecting impactful shots, and crafting cohesive narratives for a wide range of video projects. Day-to-day work includes refining pacing, sound, and visual style, performing color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables.



The Senior Video Editor will collaborate with directors, producers, and other creative team members, provide feedback to junior editors, and help maintain efficient workflows and high production standards. The role also involves staying current with industry trends, software updates, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of video content.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing complex, multi-stage projects.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to establish and maintain consistent visual tone and style.
Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
Advanced knowledge of professional editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar software).
Proven experience in a senior or lead editing role within a production company, agency, or similar environm
