We are looking for a highly hands-on Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of end-to-end product development across the backend and frontend. You will build and ship production-ready features spanning Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL, working closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders.
The role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys building from the ground up, thrives in an early-stage setting, and is comfortable taking ownership from database design and APIs through to user-facing experiences and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deliver end-to-end product features across Django, DRF, React, and Next.js.
Design and implement database models, APIs, business logic, and responsive user interfaces.
Develop and maintain reliable integrations with third-party and enterprise systems.
Handle external system complexities including API variations,



protocol differences, version changes, and data inconsistencies.
Build user-facing dashboards, data tables, AI-enabled interfaces, and mobile-first experiences.
Develop messaging integrations, inbound webhooks, queued outbound communication, and scheduled workflows.
Implement reminders, follow-ups, notifications, and automated insight-delivery workflows.
Work extensively with PostgreSQL, ensuring appropriate data modelling, tenant isolation, and query performance.
Maintain strong application security, auditability, error handling, and data integrity.
Write automated tests and ensure new features do not compromise existing functionality.
Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, maintainability, and production readiness.
Work closely with architects to implement solutions within established technical boundaries.
