Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur, responsible for driving sales growth and market presence for Candid Optronix’s product portfolio within an assigned territory. This role involves developing and executing area sales plans, identifying current business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, network operators, and key accounts. The Area Sales Manager will conduct regular client visits,



deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily activities include monitoring sales performance, forecasting demand, coordinating with internal teams for timely deliveries and service, and reporting market trends and competitor activities. The role also includes participation in local marketing initiatives, training channel partners, and ensuring compliance with company policies and pricing strategies.
Qualifications
Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed area sales targets.
Experience in the cable TV, MATV, networking, telecom, or related technology sectors, with understanding of CATV/MATV, PON products, or testing instruments preferred.
