Role Overview
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, brand-first Influencer Marketing Manager to own and elevate how our brand lives across the creator ecosystem. This role is responsible for unifying our influencer strategy across all product categories—translating brand ethos and category goals into high-impact creator partnerships that drive both cultural buzz and measurable consumer affinity.
What You Will Own
Holistic Category-Wide Strategy: Orchestrate the overall creator strategy across diverse beauty and personal care lines, ensuring each product portfolio has a tailored narrative that feels authentic, aspirational, and culturally resonant.
Creator Ecosystem & Community Leadership: Build and nurture enduring relationships with the digital creator landscape—ranging from authoritative domain experts to macro tastemakers and grassroots community voices.
Strategic Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the strategic liaison between Category Brand leads, Recent Product Development, Performance Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure every campaign seamlessly ladders up to core business milestones.
End-to-End Orchestration: Guide partnerships from high-level conceptualization through negotiation, creative briefing, execution, and performance evaluation, balancing aesthetic integrity with brand guardrails.
Cultural & Trend Agility: Keep a pulse on internet culture, emerging digital formats, and shifting social dynamics, proactively spotting opportunities for the brand to shape conversations rather than just follow them.
Impact & Performance Rigor: Establish qualitative and quantitative benchmarks to measure campaign resonance, creator advocacy, audience sentiment, and long-term brand equity across all categories.
