Role Description This full-time Desktop Support Engineer (Admin IT) role is an in office position based in Pune City. The role involves providing day-to-day technical support for desktop computers, printers, and related hardware to ensure smooth operations for team members. Responsibilities include installing and configuring systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and coordinating repairs or replacements when needed. The Desktop Support Engineer will handle user queries, manage incident tickets, maintain asset records,



and work closely with IT and administrative teams to uphold security and performance standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve user issues efficiently.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Printer Support and peripheral device management.
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), basic networking, and system security best practices is beneficial.
Good communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment are required.
A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, along with relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+), will be an advantage.
