Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding Indian Realtech’s presence in the local real estate market. Day-to-day activities include prospecting potential clients, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. The role also involves monitoring market trends, developing sales strategies,



and preparing regular reports on business performance and pipeline. This is a full time, on-site role based in Defence Colony, requiring close collaboration with the sales and operations teams and frequent interaction with clients and partners.
Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with a focus on real estate or related industries.
Solid negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities, with aptitude for building trust and long-term partnerships.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze property data, and develop targeted outreach and growth strategies.
Comfort working on-site, managing field visits, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Prior experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property sales is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree
