About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Maintenance qualified to manage and support the maintenance operations of our food manufacturing plant.
The position will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment availability, minimum downtime, preventive maintenance, breakdown management,



and smooth functioning of plant machinery and utilities.
The final designation will be offered based on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, and interview assessment.

Key Responsibilities
> Plant & Equipment Maintenance
Manage day-to-day maintenance activities of plant machinery and equipment.
Ensure smooth and reliable operation of production equipment.
Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Identify recurring equipment issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime.
> Production & Maintenance Coordination
Coordinate closely with Production and other departments to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Attend breakdowns on priority and ensure timely restoration of equipment.
Plan maintenance activities without adversely affecting production schedules.
Support installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement
