Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hiring role based in Coimbatore.



The Hiring skilled will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various roles across retail outlets and corporate functions. Daily responsibilities include partnering with store and department managers to understand staffing needs, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth and timely hiring experience. The role also involves supporting onboarding activities, assisting with workforce planning, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent. The Hiring professional will work closely with HR and management to uphold company standards, policies, and values throughout all recruitment processes.
