We are looking for a Backend Operations Executive to support quotations, tendering, documentation and day-to-day business coordination for a growing electrical infrastructure/EPC company.
What will you do?
? Prepare quotations, BOQs & commercial proposals
? Review tender documents and submission requirements
? Track government & private tenders
? Coordinate with vendors for rates, availability & product details
? Prepare AR / analysis reports
? Maintain tender, quotation & vendor records
? Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams
? Handle follow-up calls related to quotations, tenders & projects
? Support the BD team with pricing and proposals
What are we looking for?




✅ 2–3 years of experience in Electrical / EPC / Electrical Infrastructure / Tendering
✅ Good understanding of electrical components, materials & equipment
✅ Experience with quotations, BOQs and tender documentation
✅ Basic understanding of tendering & procurement
✅ Good Excel/MS Office skills
✅ Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy
✅ Good communication and coordination skills
✅ Comfortable working from the Jaipur office, 6 days a week
Good to have:
Experience with GeM, CPPP, e-procurement portals, government tenders, electrical rate analysis and costing.
