Role Description The Patient Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families throughout their visit to ES Healthcare Centre. This full time onsite role, based in Ahmedabad, involves welcoming patients, managing inquiries, guiding them through registration and billing processes, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to resolve concerns promptly. The role includes handling feedback and complaints professionally,



maintaining accurate records of patient interactions, and providing clear information about services, procedures, and policies. The Patient Relations Officer will also support service improvement initiatives, assist in patient education efforts, and help maintain a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment for all.
