Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive Surgery role based in Bhopal. The Sales Executive Surgery is responsible for promoting and selling surgical products and medical technologies to healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers.



Daily activities include meeting with surgeons and medical staff, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and providing clinically informed information to support product adoption. The role involves managing sales pipelines, following up on leads, preparing quotations, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and closing deals. The Sales Executive Surgery will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, collaborate with internal teams on product and service improvements, and ensure timely after-sales support and documentation.
Qualifications
Robust sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in healthcare or medical device sales preferred.
