Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Process orders, payments, refunds, and account updates as required.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements
High school diploma, associate degree, or equivalent qualification.
0–2 years of customer service, call center, or support experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Robust problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Good organizational and time management skills.
