About Sept
Sept is a niche fine fragrance house imagined in India and crafted in France. We are looking for a curious, creative and highly organised individual to join our growing team, working closely with the founder across marketing, communications, sales and brand building.

The Role
This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary role for someone interested in beauty, design and culture. You will support both the creative and commercial sides of the brand, helping bring campaigns, partnerships and everyday brand activity to life.

Core Responsibilities
Support social media planning, content creation and community management
Assist with brand communications, press outreach and creator relations
Coordinate creative projects, campaigns, shoots and events
Research and develop potential collaborations and partnerships
Support retail outreach, sales opportunities and stockist relationships
Prepare presentations,



proposals and brand materials
Assist with website updates, newsletters and digital communications
Support day-to-day marketing and brand-building activities

Who We’re Looking For
Ideally, 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media or brand management
A strong writer and confident communicator
Creative, curious and highly organised
A robust visual sensibility and excellent attention to detail
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn
A genuine interest in fragrance, beauty, art, design and contemporary culture
