Snugs is an Indian baby-care brand specializing in thoughtfully designed, ergonomic baby carriers and everyday essentials for modern parents. Snugs focuses on comfort, safety, premium fabrics, and practical designs that make parenting easier. Its products are made in India with an emphasis on sustainable materials and ethical manufacturing, and the brand serves customers across India and internationally.

We make baby careers, rompers and babywear. We sell on Mysnugs.in and Amazon India, and we run our own ads on Meta, Google and Amazon.

Creative Intern

We need someone to make ads. Statistics, videos, carousels. A lot of them every week

What you will do
Take a brief and turn it into finished ad creative.
Make each ad different from the last one. Different angle, different format, different look. We do not want ten versions of the same ad.
Create and clean up product and lifestyle images using AI tools like Gemini, plus Photoshop. Shoot and edit simple phone videos. Nothing fancy, just real and clear.
Write the hooks and the text on the image.




Keep files named and organised so we know what is live and what is tested. Look at the weekly numbers with us and come back with the next set of ideas.
What you need
Valuable basics in design. Your ad should be readable as a thumbnail, with the sound off.
Any two of Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma. Plus one editor: Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut or DaVinci.
Real hands on use of AI image tools. Most of this job is prompting. You should be able to write a clear prompt, read what came back, and rewrite the prompt until the output is right.
Very high English proficiency. This is not optional. You will write prompts for AI tools all day, and a prompt only works if the English is clean and precise. Vague or badly worded prompts give you vague images. The same applies to hooks, captions and ad copy that go live in front of customers. Spelling, grammar and tone have to be right without us correcting them.
