At Prastut Consulting, we’re looking for a confident and articulate Tele-Researcher to join our Gurgaon team and contribute to meaningful market research projects.
What you’ll do:
• Conduct telephonic interviews with respondents
• Engage with participants and gather meaningful insights
• Follow research questionnaires and project guidelines
• Accurately record responses and maintain call details
• Work closely with the research team to meet project requirements
What we’re looking for:
• Robust English communication skills
• Good interpersonal and listening skills
• Confidence in speaking with respondents over the phone
• Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge
• Prior tele-calling/research experience is a plus
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
