what you’ll be responsible for

building a community brands actually care about

manage and grow our community of fashion founders and operators

welcome current members and help them feel like they belong

encourage meaningful conversations instead of superficial engagement

create an environment where brands help each other—not just us





creating moments worth showing up for

plan founder meetups, AMAs, workshops, and virtual events

bring together operators, creators, agencies, and industry experts

identify topics the community genuinely wants to discuss

ensure every event leaves members with something useful—not just another calendar invite

becoming the voice of the community

understand what merchants are excited about, worried about, and building

surface trends, insights, and recurring problems to the product team

help founders connect with the right people inside and outside the community

make sure every member feels heard

growing the ecosystem

build relationships with Shopify agencies, ecommerce consultants, creators, logistics partners, and commerce tools

identify opportunities for collaborations, co-marketing, and community partnerships

help make polopan the default home for conversations around fashion commerce

grow the quality of the commun
