The Freelance Video Editor will be responsible for producing and editing video content that highlights products, processes, and brand messaging. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, selecting and arranging clips, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and refining visual quality to create clear, engaging videos. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, incorporating feedback, and delivering final content in suitable formats for web, social media, and presentations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, requiring consistent presence at the facility to capture and work with product and process footage.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience assembling footage into polished, coherent stories.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent,



high-quality visuals that accurately represent products.
Ability to create Motion Graphics and basic Graphics to enhance explanatory and promotional content.
Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and related tools.
Positive understanding of audio mixing, basic sound design, and file formats for digital distribution.
Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills and openness to feedback from technical and non-technical team members.
Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in industrial or product-focused video is a plus.
