We are looking for a passionate and high-energy Talent Acquisition skilled to join our growing team during an exciting phase of business expansion. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring for frontline and middle-management sales positions across India and building a robust talent pipeline to support the organization's aggressive growth plans.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience managing high-volume recruitment, understands the dynamics of field sales hiring, and leverages technology, analytics, and innovative sourcing strategies to improve hiring quality, candidate experience, and recruitment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Drive End-to-End Sales Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and middle-management sales roles across India.




Partner closely with Sales Leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements, territory plans, and hiring priorities.
Deliver hiring targets within agreed timelines while maintaining high quality standards.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent across key markets.

Manage High-Volume Recruitment
Drive large-scale hiring campaigns to support rapid business growth.
Develop proactive sourcing channels to ensure a continuous supply of quality candidates.
Execute hiring drives, walk-ins, referral campaigns, and market-mapping initiatives.
Ensure effective demand forecasting and talent pipeline readiness for critical positions.

Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence
Source talent through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment partners, networking, and direct market mapping.
Conduct competitor talent mapping and develop candidate pools ac
