Experience:

- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in operations, or a related field, with at least 5-6 years in a middle level leadership role.
/n
- Preferable if having SAP - TRM module knowledge or Similar ERP platform
/n

Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, RSLAs and Escalation Matrix for smooth Operation & Accounting of Treasury products
/n
- Daily review and Report open items from BRS on various Financial Instruments
/n
- Ensure end-to-end accounting of treasury instruments with applicable Tax compliances
/n
- Continuous review of processes to identify process automation and risk mitigation
/n
- Handle all the BU / GCC requirement wrt MIS, Data preparation for any Business, Compliances or Govt Notices perspective.
/n




- Ensuring no Tax default of any tax provisions in accounting and reporting.
/n
- MIS review, reporting and handle month closing activities
/n
- Dealing with the auditors and providing audit schedules
/n
- Follow-up with respective BUs for Open BRS items and other key points
/n
- Assign targets for team members & measure their performance
/n
- Periodical meeting with respective Stakeholders on Hygiene Control areas, open issues and resolution thereof.
/n
- Responsible to Drive all the System base, RPA projects with Team for timely closure and reports to Seniors
/n

Qualifications:

/n

/n
- MBA (Finance) / Inter CA / CFA or equivalent in Financial Management.
