1. ABOUT THE COMPANY
Solution Bowl (India) Private Limited is a Gurugram-based software engineering and artificial intelligence services company established in 2017. The Company designs and delivers custom software, web and mobile applications and AI-driven solutions for clients in India and overseas, and markets two proprietary products:
CodePulse – an AI-powered engineering-intelligence platform for engineering leaders and Chief Technology Officers.
AudAItly – an AI-powered website-audit product for digital agencies.
2. POSITION SUMMARY
The Information Technology Sales Manager shall be responsible for revenue generation for the Company across its product portfolio and its IT services business, in both Indian and international markets. The incumbent shall own the complete sales cycle, from pipeline creation and outbound business development through demonstrations, proposals and negotiation to revenue conversion.
The position covers three revenue lines:
CodePulse – product sales (SaaS licences and subscriptions);
AudAItly – product sales;




IT Services – custom software development, web development, mobile application development and related technology services.
This is a revenue-generation role. It is not a delivery, account-management or pre-sales engineering position, and the incumbent shall not be deployed on client delivery projects.
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Pipeline Creation and Outbound Business Development
Establish the Company's sales pipeline by defining target segments, ideal customer profiles and buyer personas for each product and for the services business.
Conduct structured outbound activity through email, LinkedIn, telephone, industry events, referrals and partner channels to generate qualified opportunities.
Qualify inbound leads generated by the marketing function and progress them through the sales funnel.
Maintain the CRM system with complete, current and forecast-ready pipeline data.
